How credits work
- Metered AI spend uses credits. One credit is $0.10 of metered AI spend. The included amount is the plan's monthly envelope minus spend in the current month. Purchased credits are a separate balance, used after the included envelope.
- Unused included credits are not stored as a balance that carries into the next month.
- A purchased top-up expires 90 days after it is granted.
When AI output becomes a record
AI output stays a draft until a person reviews it. Two exceptions: Defect Snap can place a temporary do-not-operate hold on equipment when a defect is severe, and scheduled AI runs can send their own summary notifications. Read the AI governance page.
Safety consultants and carriers

Safety consultants · Practice subscription
$79 per named consultant / month
Run your client portfolio, visits, and deliverables in a practice console. Each client keeps a separate workspace and approves your access. There is no base fee for the practice; each named consultant is counted once across clients. Billing is monthly in USD, plus applicable tax.
Client employers subscribe separately on employer plans. Eligible practices can earn a published revenue share on collected plan revenue from clients they actively support. See the partner program for the rate, eligibility rules, and payout terms.
We aim to provide an initial response within two business days. Approval may require additional information. Your trial starts when your application is approved and your workspace is ready. 30 days for up to 10 consultants, no card required and no automatic charge. Eligible practices can choose a paid subscription in Billing after reviewing and accepting a separate paid Order. Trials do not convert automatically. Existing subscriptions keep their accepted terms. Waiting for client approval uses trial time. An expired, unpaid practice has no consulting capacity. Questions: Ollie@safegora.com
