Permit-to-work with simultaneous-operations conflict control

Issue permits for high-hazard work with human-readable permit numbers — and catch dangerous combinations before work starts. Simultaneous-operations (SIMOPS) controls check every permit against a conflict matrix at activation, so incompatible operations can't go active in the same work area.

Features

What Permits & SIMOPS does for you.

01

Permit-to-Work Issuance

Structured permit workflows with scope, controls, and expiry windows — plus human-readable permit numbers crews can call out over a radio.

02

SIMOPS Conflict Control

Permits are checked against a conflict matrix at activation. Hot work above a confined-space entry, a line break beside an ignition source — incompatible combinations are stopped until the conflict is resolved.

03

Tied to the Work

Permits connect to job hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and the crews and sites doing the work, so authorization reflects the actual plan — not a template.

04

Auditable Lifecycle

Issue, activate, extend, and close with a recorded trail — who authorized what, when, and under which controls.

Benefits

What you get

  • Stop conflicting permits at activation, not in the incident review
  • Give crews permit numbers they can actually reference
  • Link permits to JHAs and toolbox talks
  • Keep an auditable authorization trail
